Isla Plama, Colombia


Isla Palma.

Is a private island which now belongs to the hotel chain Decameron and receives daily at least 40 tourists from around the world.






This island is near to Cartagena among hour an a half to two hours in a boat. Its the only transport to go there. When you go on the trip, you will see dolphins.
When the boat arrive, you feel peace. Also, the workers are very friendly and they will attendance you like a King.

In the island you do many activities like go to the beach, sleep in hammocks, see dolphin´s  and night´s shows and walk a natural roads.
At the Dolphin´s show, you can interact with the animals like kissing or   feeding them. However,  take care if you fall at the pool is dangerous, because have  animals at bottom as eels.


 Another activitie is practicing sports like surf or diving.

Also, the eco-hikes when you see animals, museums and natives houses in the trees.
Squirrels, pink flamingos, monkeys, birds and crabs of all colors and even hermits are some of the animals that are part of the ecological reserve of the island itself where the temperature is between 30 and 33 degrees Celsius

The beach are quiet and you feel relaxing.
Also, you can see the fish,s tingrays and crabs.

Definitely, you should go to Isla Palma because is amazing, wonderful and awesome.
